I found the staff helpful, particularly with parking. the hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus, only two minutes to zurich hb by train, and we secured a room early. it was already cleaned. No wait!
i noticed that the air conditioning. this resulted in some discomfort.

the hotel benefits from a convenient location. the train station is very close. i found the area around the hotel felt safe. the proximity to public transport made it easy to get around.

I appreciated the gluten-free options at breakfast. the breakfast buffet offered great choices for everyone. there was a good range of items to select. This impressed me.

the breakfast was quite varied i did enjoy it. the hotel also had a nice parking lot it was convenient.
i found some issues first the room felt quite small. secondly the staff did not appear very helpful at times they seemed somewhat indifferent to my needs.

slow drainhigh fee
The room seemed smaller than expected, especially given the description. I found the shower drain was slow, water pooled during showers. the parking fee felt excessively high. Considering the tight parking spaces. this left me feeling a little frustrated, to be honest.
