Acceptable Stay
car park tramp station missing amenities slow response
The hotel had a car park located in the building. It was convenient. A tram station was located just around the corner from the hotel. It allowed me easy access to the city center in about ten minutes. Breakfast had amazing service.
The room amenities were missing, requiring me to place orders. Response was very slow. I had to come down to reception for small things.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff convenient location
I found the staff helpful, particularly with parking. the hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus, only two minutes to zurich hb by train, and we secured a room early. it was already cleaned. No wait!
i noticed that the air conditioning. this resulted in some discomfort.

I appreciated the gluten-free options at breakfast. the breakfast buffet offered great choices for everyone. there was a good range of items to select. This impressed me.

varied breakfast convenient parking small room unhelpful staff
the breakfast was quite varied i did enjoy it. the hotel also had a nice parking lot it was convenient.
i found some issues first the room felt quite small. secondly the staff did not appear very helpful at times they seemed somewhat indifferent to my needs.

decent stay BUT some issues
slow drain high fee
The room seemed smaller than expected, especially given the description. I found the shower drain was slow, water pooled during showers. the parking fee felt excessively high. Considering the tight parking spaces. this left me feeling a little frustrated, to be honest.
